This document outlines the terms of our service. In other words, what you can expect from us, and also any rules we have for you when using our service (to prevent abuse or illegal activity).

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this website's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service. These other agreements include our Privacy Policy.

ANY PARTICIPATION IN THIS SITE WILL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE ABOVE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

We reserve the right to revise, amend, or modify this policy and our other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner.

Service Uptime/Availability Guarantee

We provide a 100% uptime/availability SLA on our services. When downtime exceeds the aforementioned SLA, you can request compensation via customer support for the time lost.

Planned system maintenance or downtime does not count toward our uptime SLA. Downtime can only consist of unplanned service downtime. The inability to connect because of your own connection issues is not our responsibility.

Promotions

Promotions/coupons are generally limited to one per customer. Creating multiple accounts in order to bypass this is prohibited and may result in a permanent ban.

Data Loss

Should any data loss occur on our end, you may request a refund for every day of data lost, up to the payment term (e.g. month). However, DMARC Sentry shall by no means be responsible for any damages resulting from this data loss.

Inaccurate Data

Please report any inaccurate data to us so we can remedy it. However, DMARC Sentry shall by no means be responsible for any damages resulting from data inaccuracy.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with our service, or simply want to cancel and get your money back, please contact us within 30 days of payment and we'll refund you. We may ask why (so we can improve our product), but you are not required to provide a reason in order to receive the refund. This policy is valid for new and existing customers.

Forbidden Activities

To protect the stability and security of our system, and comply with laws and regulations, the following activities are forbidden. This list may not be exhaustive. All local laws and regulations apply even if not mentioned explicitly here. Engaging in forbidden activities will likely result in a permanent ban, and reporting to law enforcement agencies if appropriate.

  • Hacking. Attempting (successful or otherwise) to circumvent security measures to access systems or data you shouldn't. In other words: Hacking or attempting to hack.
  • Flooding with illegitimate traffic. Attempting (successful or otherwise) to overwhelm the service with illegitimate traffic. For example: a (D)DoS attack.
  • Breaking the law. For example, transmitting illegal material.

Chargebacks/Disputes

We do not tolerate fraudulent chargebacks/disputes. If you want a refund, we have a refund policy. Chargebacks/disputes will result in you being permanently banned from using our services, and being reported to any fraud prevention services we use.
