Privacy is something we take seriously. This document outlines our policy in regard to the privacy of our website visitors, customers, and their data.
We take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. We implement several layers of controls to prevent unauthorized access to your data which resides on our servers. We also utilize encryption to secure sensitive information, like passwords, in case of the unlikely event that our servers are compromised.
Our business model does not depend on selling your data. Nor are we interested in doing so. Any data about you or your domain (e.g. number of emails sent, percent passing DMARC, etc.) are not exported outside of DMARC Sentry except where otherwise explicitly and specifically stated.
We do not store credit card details, or any other means of banking. Financial transactions are handled by a 3rd-party payment processor.
